Design for Living hosted by Children's Autism Foundation with Diversity NZ

A workshop for parents and whanau raising a child with a disability.  Two full days of attendance is required.

Cost: $80 per family

This is an opportunity to:

  • Rekindle your dreams for your child
  • Create a life plan for your child that is purposeful and rich in meaningful connections
  • Gain the skills to ensure your child is valued and included in family and community life
  • Identify the likely barriers, hurdles and solutions
  • Find strategies and knowledge to put your learning into action now
  • Identify the supports and resources you will need, and find out how to attain them
  • Build valuable networks of support
  • Access post workshop assistance to implement your Vision
