A workshop for parents and whanau raising a child with a disability. Two full days of attendance is required.
Cost: $80 per family
This is an opportunity to:
- Rekindle your dreams for your child
- Create a life plan for your child that is purposeful and rich in meaningful connections
- Gain the skills to ensure your child is valued and included in family and community life
- Identify the likely barriers, hurdles and solutions
- Find strategies and knowledge to put your learning into action now
- Identify the supports and resources you will need, and find out how to attain them
- Build valuable networks of support
- Access post workshop assistance to implement your Vision
