Calling all neurodivergent job seekers

A very supportive Waikato employer is keen to support neurodivergent talent with roles at their production facility in Horotiu.

The business creates nutritional products for local and global markets. There is strong demand for their products despite the COVID-19 climate. They hope to double their current staff of 30 people by this time next year.

The production roles, while varied, are by nature very regimented in their design with a high focus on quality and accuracy. They run two production shifts per day starting at 5am and 1pm. However, flexibility and accommodations can be considered.

Due to the international supply chain requirements, they will be moving to a mandated COVID-19 vaccination requirement. The NZ living wage is the starting wage point, as a minimum.
