Cancellations

For all workshops and courses, including eLearning, webinars, and conference bookings:

• If you cancel at least 15 days before the training, you will get a full refund.
• If you cancel 8 to 14 days before the training, you will get a 50% refund.
• If you cancel 7 days or less before the training, you will not get a refund.

To cancel, please email info@altogetherautism.org.nz with your request.

 

No shows

If you do not show up to the training on the day, no refund will be given.

 

Making changes to your booking (Transfers and substitutions)

Changing the date (transfer)

• If you request to change to another date at least 15 days before the training, you can transfer at no charge.
• If you request to change to another date 8 to 14 days before the training, you will need to pay 50% of the registration price to transfer.
• If you request to change 7 days or less before the training, you will not get a refund and you will need to pay the full registration price for the new date.

To request a transfer, please email info@altogetherautism.org.nz at least 8 days before the date of the new training you wish to attend.  Only one transfer per person is allowed per booked training.

For eLearning training, if you have started any part of the course and wish to transfer, it will be at the discretion of Altogether Autism.

Changing the attendee (substitutions)

You can change the name of the person attending at no extra charge.

To request a substitution, please email info@altogetherautism.org.nz at least 7 days before the training. The number of substitutions allowed will be at the discretion of Altogether Autism.

 

If the workshop cannot go ahead

If the workshop cannot go ahead, you will receive a full refund or be offered a transfer to another date.

 

Minimum numbers

Workshops may require a minimum number of participants to proceed.  If this minimum is not met, you will be informed and provided with a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
